If you get Fran, you have someone who is skilled at what she does, she will fight for you and she gets results. Fran alone would get 4 stars. However, if you get another lawyer in her office ... look out ! Errors galore, poor communication and just a fumbling moron. So because I had the misfortune... of dealing with him, I can only give 2 stars and that is generous. I really like Fran and wish I could rate this firm higher.

Fran is an excellent attorney and is adept in court. However she is not good at managing her time and will not provide you with attentive personal attention. I paid her firm $50K and would not choose her again. I'm sorry to say this because I like her personally but she doesn't pay sufficient atte...ntion to client service and ensuring her client's interests are her focus.

Charged me 18% interest on a 1000 dollar balance. I had paid 4000.00. I was divorced and a single parent raising 2 teenage daughters. No alimony or child support. I didn't want it. I was paying for college for the eldest when it all came crashing down. She didn't care. She raked me over the co...als for the balance. I wound up paying her 2500.00 back with interest. Wow.
