Alexandra ("Lexie") Rigden has been exclusively practicing family law for nearly a decade. Lexie understands that family law clients face unique challenges mentally, emotionally, and financially. She approaches each case with empathy, understanding, and candor. Every case is different, and Lexie will work to achieve the best outcome for her clients whether it involves settlement or litigation.
She has trial experience in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence.

Lexie frequently appears as a guest legal analyst on Court TV and Law and Crime Trial Network, and has appeared on Fox News, and Fox 29, CBS-3, and KYW News Radio in Philadelphia.

Lexie is involved with family law on a statewide basis as an associate editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, the State Bar's family law publication. She has lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants on family law.

Prior to practicing family law, Lexie was a law clerk for the Honorable M. Patricia Richmond, J.S.C. in Burlington County in the Civil Division. In law school, Lexie had various Criminal Law clerkships.

Lexie is a South Jersey native who loves spending time with her friends and family, watching documentaries, and traveling.

Fantastic lawyer!
No one ever thinks that one day they will find themselves in the middle of a divorce and trying to figure out custody arrangements, but when if and when you do, you want Lexie in your corner. She was phenomenal every step of the way. She presented options in a way that educated me to make informed decisions about my future and the future of my co-parenting relationship and I didn’t feel pressured at any point.

All I can say is that she is the best. She is extremely informative and not just for the money like most of the lawyers out there. If you are looking for a lawyer make sure they are actively listening to your case to see if you have one and not someone who just wants to agree with you. Lexis is very honest and ethical.

Look no further, hire Lexie
I hired Lexie for my divorce case involving issues of distribution of assets, equity and child custody. She was referred to me by a friend that also hired Lexie and was pleased with her divorce results. Lexie was the right choice! I can’t say enough about her communication- quick, informative and to the point. I always knew where we were at in the process and what to expect. Alexandra is by far the best lawyer I retained. She did not waste anytime with me or try and drag out the situation for more money. Straight and to the point. Alexandra knows the facts that count for your case and is prepared and ready to fight every inch for you. She also is passionate and listens to you in completely so she can better understand what you are going through. I absolutely recommend Alexandra Kardon Rigden for family law or a DV case.

Divorce & Restraining Order
Lexie has been my attorney since 2018. I retained her when I filed for divorce and again when I needed to obtain a restraining order. She is the best of the best. She is professional, honest, and thorough. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic lawyer
I had a very tumultuous situation and Alexandra was great. She was very succinct when dealing with me and open to communication with very quick responses. She worked with the opposing party’s legal team to come to an acceptable resolution and looked out for my best interests throughout my case. I would hire her or her legal team again in a heartbeat.
