During my long and stressful divorce, Thomas Roberto was my rock. He was my voice of reason, my partner through the process, and #1 supporter and advocate. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and was always upfront about everything. No empty promises, no showy loud-mouth antics (like my ex’s lawyer), a...nd he was always professional when others were not. Tom constantly checked in with me and made sure I was ok with every decision before it was finalized. His legal advice during the process of child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, etc was invaluable. He thoroughly explained the sometimes unexpected consequences of common divorce mistakes, and prevented me from doing the same. Tom would make himself available whenever I needed him. Thomas Roberto is not only an expert in family court he is also an absolute blessing to me and my family. I had previously spent 7 long disappointing years in and out of family court over a custody battle of my two daughters. I've gone through a decent amount of attorneys in that time frame. I was going thru a difficult and complicated divorce, where there were multiple businesses involved, children and more and a partner that would change their mind every minute. Thomas and his staff were lifesavers. He was extremely efficient, yet had things done quickly and correctly.
