I was going thru a difficult and complicated divorce, where there were multiple businesses involved, children and more and a partner that would change their mind every minute. Thomas and his staff were lifesavers. He was extremely efficient, yet had things done quickly and correctly. He always looke...d out for my best interest and did nothing but fight even when things got complicated. Thomas is very concerned about doing everything he possibly can to protect his clients and is very meticulous about how everything is handled. He makes you feel like you are his only client, so I would highly recommend him to handle any case I would have!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tom. My divorce was the most challenging thing I have gone through and I wouldnt have survived the process if it wasn't for his temperment, knowledge, and professionalism. He was extremely responsive (still is for the little things I need here and there) and ...thorough -from the first consultation through the end. He truly put the best interest of the kids first and listened to my views. He is not the type of attorney to try and stir the pot for extra fees. I worked with Tom for custody issues regarding my son. Tom is someone who goes above and beyond to help get to the resolution you desire. I trusted him to provide realistic goals to obtain and help navigate some key issues that my ex-husband and I didn't originally take into consideration during the ...divorce. I originally was with a different lawyer at a previous law firm Tom worked at. He had to help with the botched job that attorney did and did so with grace and understanding. Tom was responsive to my requests and even reached out the after the final court order to see how everything was going. He is reasonable, kind and had a great sense of humor. And yet, Tom was capable of bringing levity and continued to maintain his laser focus on what I needed to make the situation work out for what was best for my son. Family cases can be trying and emotional. I wanted to hire someone who would advocate on the same level as if this was their child. It mattered that to me that my lawyer be realistic about my odds and still shoot for the best case scenario in the court room. Mr. Roberto is so thorough he knew my stor...y and ALL the details.
