Natalie Ericson Wentz

Natalie E. Wentz, Esq. is an attorney at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, LLC. Ms. Wentz is dedicated to safeguarding and serving the best interests of her clients in their matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, division of assets, DCPP matters, adoptions and all other related family law matters.

Ms. Wentz provides her clients with compassionate representation and zealous advocacy that draws upon her vast knowledge and 16 years of experience in the area of family law. Ms. Wentz has devoted her practice to family law because it gives her direct access to helping individuals during one of the most challenging times in their lives. Ms. Wentz values the opportunity to make a positive difference in her clients’ lives and the lives of their children.

Recognizing that family law matters can produce feelings of uncertainty and anxiety, Ms. Wentz moves quickly and skillfully to provide her clients with a clear path towards reaching their goals. Whether litigation is required and in her client’s best interests, or the matter can be settled through out of court methods, Ms. Wentz focuses on creative solutions to best address all of her client’s concerns and obtain the best possible outcomes. She gives each of her clients the respect and specialized guidance they need to successfully navigate their legal issues.

Ms. Wentz graduated from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Immediately following, Natalie clerked for the Honorable David W. Morgan, JSC with the Superior Court of New Jersey, in the family division for Gloucester County.

Ms. Wentz volunteers with Gloucester County family court in the Early Settlement Programs as a panelist. She is presently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Gloucester County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. Ms. Wentz formerly served on the Economic Development Commission in her hometown and participates in her local chambers of commerce. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the New Jersey District Court.

Ms. Wentz was named a “Top Attorney” in the area of adoption law by SJ Magazine in both 2016 and 2017. Ms. Wentz has also been featured in Gloucester County Woman, a publication dedicated to the education of woman’s resources in Gloucester County, NJ.
