Fantastic representation from A-Z. Super nice guy, always available, organized, highly skilled and did all his due diligence to ensure my interests were represented to the fullest extent possible. Received a judgement in my favor and though it wasn't for the full amount I wanted, it was certainly eno...ugh for me to call it a win. Both in terms of judgement and compensation. His fees were very fair, provided updated and detailed invoices, and I even have money left over from my retainer. I would certainly hire James again. (hopefully won't ever need to though :) )

I had been in the process of trying to find a lawyer to assist me with TN Visa paperwork. I had shopped around and found the prices everywhere else were exorbitant and I kept on searching for someone in the LA area who may be able to work with me. When I contacted James, he was very friendly, polit...e and sincere. He gained my trust to the point that when I actually wanted to retain an Immigration Lawyer for my TN process, I contemplated between a couple people, and the more I spoke with James, and the time frame in which he was able to respond to me, made me realize that he cared about me as an individual as well as my time. James answered any and all of the questions I have had during this process, and he has even gone so far as to really explain the nitty gritty of the processes when asked for further clarity, which was very helpful, and reassuring. His paralegal Jessica kept in contact with me, and I often heard directly from James, which allowed me to feel like I was valued, and not just pushed aside for the Paralegals to deal with. He kept on top of the things that I needed to do, kept my time frame in which I was dealing with as a priority, and he just went above and beyond what I would have ever expected in assistance, and on top of that he was affordable. I also appreciated that he worked with my Employer to make sure that there wasn't anything that he was forgetting to do as well. Thank you so much for your time James, and I will definitely recommend you to anyone that is requiring Immigration Visa type processing or information, as you were an extreme pleasure to deal with.

I was in Escrow to purchase my first home, when a judgment appeared on my record. I only had 45 days to close with my lender and this judgment was a problem. I contacted James Phan for assistance; he contacted the collector and arranged a reasonable settlement within a few days. Mr. Phan was always p...rofessional and available to answer all my questions. If left a voicemail, he would return my call in a prompt manner. He was very knowledgeable and kept me updated every step if the way. Once I paid the settlement, he was able to expedite any paperwork that shows proof of settling the judgment, which I supplied to my lender. Mr. Phan also went out of his way and wrote an additional letter, assuring the lender and their underwriting department that the judgment was no longer a problem. I am happy to say that I closed on my first home in January 2013 and it was only because of James Phan I was able to get this accomplished.

James Phan has been an excellent Lawyer for our legal matters. Every phone call or email we make has been returned the same day it has been received on his end. James is helpful with explaining each area of matter in lamens terms for us to understand as we go through each process and step. We recent...ly went through a legal matter with our Mud Run and James handled the issue the matter the other Business's Lawyer and all the legal matters which was assuring for us to know that he had everything under control and we did not need to worry about it. James contacted us weekly and kept us updated on the status of the case. He took care of the issues quickly. Everything we have had to do with our Mud Run has been handled through James and he has made it easy for us....thank you James.
