I had been in the process of trying to find a lawyer to assist me with TN Visa paperwork. I had shopped around and found the prices everywhere else were exorbitant and I kept on searching for someone in the LA area who may be able to work with me. His paralegal Jessica kept in contact with me, and I often heard directly from James, which allowed me to feel like I was valued, and not just pushed aside for the Paralegals to deal with. He kept on top of the things that I needed to do, kept my time frame in which I was dealing with as a priority, and he just went above and beyond what I would have ever expected in assistance, and on top of that he was affordable. I also appreciated that he worked with my Employer to make sure that there wasn't anything that he was forgetting to do as well. I was in Escrow to purchase my first home, when a judgment appeared on my record. I only had 45 days to close with my lender and this judgment was a problem. I contacted James Phan for assistance; he contacted the collector and arranged a reasonable settlement within a few days. Mr. Phan was always p...rofessional and available to answer all my questions. If left a voicemail, he would return my call in a prompt manner. He was very knowledgeable and kept me updated every step if the way. Once I paid the settlement, he was able to expedite any paperwork that shows proof of settling the judgment, which I supplied to my lender. Mr. Phan also went out of his way and wrote an additional letter, assuring the lender and their underwriting department that the judgment was no longer a problem. I am happy to say that I closed on my first home in January 2013 and it was only because of James Phan I was able to get this accomplished.

James Phan has been an excellent Lawyer for our legal matters. Every phone call or email we make has been returned the same day it has been received on his end. James is helpful with explaining each area of matter in lamens terms for us to understand as we go through each process and step. We recent...ly went through a legal matter with our Mud Run and James handled the issue the matter the other Business's Lawyer and all the legal matters which was assuring for us to know that he had everything under control and we did not need to worry about it.
