Richard Charles Belli

I've had Richard Belli represent me for 31 months now. Very poor communicator! I had to set an appointment 3 weeks out to speak to my own lawyer! I believe if you are looking for a workmans comp lawyer, please do yourself a favor "look somewhere else, not with Belli"! Richard Belli talks great to you... to get your confidence, then its excuses! Please go find someone that cares, Richard DOES NOT!

First case he handled for me he in 2005 he did well. Second time around, in 2008, he kept me totally in the dark until recently, kept me waiting and waiting for the case to be settled, which was very important because I had sustained major permanant physical injury, financial loss and destruction to ...my personal credit as a result. Never notified me of court dates, never told me what happened at the hearings; it got to the point where I had to make my own calls to find out that my case was colder than a popsicle. I suspect he gives his priority to easier, bigger payday cases, and left mine in a dusty file on the corner of his desk. Nice enough guy, but if you want anything done you had better call him daily.
