Lawyer who will take difficult cases when you have already been turned down
I hired him to represent me in a construction accident. I was told by another lawyer that I had no case and he was able to get a substantial recovery thatpaid off the compensation carrier and put money in my pocket.

“This disciplinary matter had nothing to do with the handling of clients cases. I had been with a firm that would give bonuses to employees if they referred friends or relatives to the office. This practice was in effect before I came with the firm. This was viewed as giving of a fee to a non-lawyer which was unethical. The discipline was stayed on condition there be no further disciplinary matters for one year, which there was none.”
