I foolishly and impulsively left the scene of an accident, but had second thoughts and returned before the scene was cleared. I was charged with leaving the scene. Never having been in trouble before, I was a nervous wreck. John explained my options to me, and calmed me down a lot. Citing my bac...kground of good behavior, he plea-bargained the charge down to a "zero points" motor vehicle offense. And when the plea-bargain was presented to the judge, he raised mitigating circumstances to the judge, and as a consequence I was given an EXTREMELY low fine by the court. My head was spinning in that courtroom, I had no idea what was going on or what would happen to me. I was very happy to have John by my side that morning.

Get to Attorney John Brennan. for your criminal allegations, and you will be safe, he is the best. Mr. Brennan really knows how to defend you in the court of law. I was so worried of my problem to the level that even i couldn't sleep at night, but after i went to his office and discussed my case ...with him, I felt that now i have an expert who really knows how to take care of it, and he proved it on my court date (case dissmissed), further more he is friendly and cordial with a good since of humor, he was available to me any time i called or if i wanted to go and to see him in his law office. Mr. Brennan thank you once again.

John was recommended to me after the police arrested me following an illegal search of my apartment. I don't want to get into the exact nature of the case, but its dismissal, which is what occurred, was dependent on that illegal search. John stuck to his guns brilliantly with the prosecution and wrot...e a motion to suppress that showed, at least to my lay but reasonably educated opinion, a wide, deep, and nuanced understanding of the relevant case law. It was clear he had put much thought and hard work into it (John always emailed and then snail-mailed me all the pertinent case documents. and I rad them all, and asked for my thoughts about them). The end result was that the prosecution, after several delays caused by failure by the prosecution to satisfy discovery, cried "no mas" and declined to prosecute. John took my phone calls nearly always when I called, and radiated confidence about the case, and, as it turns out, with good reason. He was always confident that we would win the day. He is also a really nice guy. If you are in some trouble due to, for example, overzealous policing, John is the man you want. I'd say he'd make a great judge, but we need him as an advocate.
