My experience with Chuck Nugent’s Law Firm was nothing less than excellent, as he has the vast experience necessary to achieve the most out of a personal injury case. He represented me in two personal injury cases with positive outcomes and was caring, ethical, innovative, and brilliant throughout b...oth. He and his staff were always attentive to my worries, concerns and questions and their responses were always very thoughtful and thorough. The latter of my two unfortunate accidents was an extremely complicated case that other lawyers may have steered away from, but Chuck seemed to embrace the challenge. They were able to sort out every roadblock that came up in this case successfully and I don’t think most attorneys would have the experience, ability, or fight to do so. The outcome was even better than I had ever expected! I would highly recommend his law firm to anyone who needs a stellar law firm.

Having Charles Nugent Jr. as an attorney was truly a prayer answered back in 2003 when I had legal issues that were overwhelming.. The minute I hired Mr Nugent to represent me I felt at peace . Let me take a moment to comment on a very positive experience I’ve encountered with the Nugent Law Firm. Upon meeting Charles Nugent for the first time, I vividly remember him making a “house call” back in February 2014 to my apartment. I had just been casted by the Lourdes Orthopedic team and my d...riving privileges were restricted. As a nurse, a right broken ankle seemed like the end of the world especially in the cold of winter. Needless to say, I was despondent and depressed, but eager to fight back and regain my mental strength and physical capability. Mr. Nugent was dressed in a dapper suit with a brimmed hat. I asked if he could retrieve my mail from the foyer table at the bottom of my stairs. He was more than happy to do so. We discussed goals, and he crafted a strategic plan for compensation of lost wages and what could have been a permanent injury after a sharp slip on the ice. Undoubtedly, I felt overwhelmingly confident that I had the best attorney in my corner. My journey was severely humiliating and frustrating, but every fork in the road was handled with the highest demeanor of professionalism and support. Whenever I called the office with a question or concern, Beth couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was so friendly and reassuring as I was very apprehensive about initiating a lawsuit. Charles Nugent is an incredibly knowledgeable and effective attorney. My wife and I were extremely pleased with how responsive he and his staff were to our questions, always answering our emails and phone calls promptly. While riding my bicycle I was involved in a serious accident with an automobile.... This resulted in a compressed fracture of my spine and numerous broken bones and abrasions requiring a hospital stay and an extended recovery period. Mr. Nugent had to deal with an insurance company known for being difficult in settling claims. Their initial offer was $100K, but with his experience and excellent negotiating skills he was able to reach a settlement of $800K without going to trial. Best decision I ever made was seeking the advice and help of Mr. Nugent and his competent staff!
