Top-Notch Lawyer

Alan Schorr is an incredibly effective employment attorney. I was a bit nervous at first about even contacting and hiring an attorney to handle my matter with my former employer, but Alan made the entire experience feel focused and efficient while taking the time to get to know his client. Alan commu...nicated very clearly and made all the legal terminology easier to understand, which helped put things into proper perspective. He offered suggestions for what he thought would be the best approach to the case and how the other parties would possibly respond. He was extremely knowledgeable; always providing detailed answers with additional examples to support the many questions that I had asked throughout. Don't Face An Unemployment Appeal Without Alan Schorr

Alan and his team represented me when a former employer had provided NJ Unemployment with false information in order to revoke my unemployment benefits. I was facing not only the loss of future benefits but a demand to repay benefits already received. Alan was recommended by my attorney handling my ...efforts to seek back wages and damages through my legal action for wrongful termination against my former employer. BEST RECOMMENDATION! Alan was upfront and direct in response to my questions. He handled my appeal with the state of NJ and got my unemployment benefits restored, including a reversal of the states demand for repayment of the benefits received. Don’t walk into an unemployment appeal without the representation of someone as skilled as Alan and his staff! If you’re in New Jersey, hire Alan’s firm. You won’t regret it!

Schorr & Associates is an Excellent firm!

After receiving a terrible severance package, My Wife and I were notified to contact a law firm regarding the matter before anything was signed.
