Professional and Informed

I had received a moderate sum of money and as a Single Mom, I needed a lawyer to explain the Will and Estate process in a simple and reassuring way. No one really wants to talk or think about that stuff! - but Wills are very important for anyone with children. Working with Mr. Robert Keltos on my Wi...ll and Estate was very informative and thorough. He has a warm and genuine nature. We met twice and did correspondence and edits through email which made the process easier for me. He answered every question and was always very professional and kind. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend meeting with him and finding out how he can help you with your financial and estate needs !

An Expert in His Field

Rob is exactly what a person needs when doing his or her estate planning, which can be daunting. He is calm, professional and answers questions in a clear manner. He suggested solutions to all of our potential complications and completed all of our documents with a minimum number of meetings.

Awesome Elder Law AND Estate Planning Attorney

I offer the highest possible recommendation for Mr. Robert J. Keltos to represent anyone that requires an Elder Law and Estate Planning Attorney in New Jersey. My career was in Higher Education for 25 years in a Dean’s Office of a State medical school. My former position was the Principal Manage...ment Assistant to the Dean at Rowan-University-School of Osteopathic Medicine – formerly UMDNJ-SOM. During my career, I was a key witness in a Federal trial representing the United States from 2006-2008: United States of America v. Senator Wayne R. Bryant and Dr. R. Michael Gallagher. Working with Executive Administration my entire 25 years in a Dean’s Office, I feel I have an excellent grasp on knowing when someone is knowledgeable in their field, are professional, caring, and also compassionate. In October 2015, I attended a presentation hosted by Mr. Keltos at a retirement home located in Burlington, New Jersey. Mr. Keltos focused on Veterans Aid and Attendance Benefits. A Veterans Affairs Death Pension is available for widows of spouses who were active in the military during war time. I was very interested in attending this presentation as I recently applied for the VA Death Pension for my 90 year old mother in law who lives in Virginia. My father passed away in July 2015, leaving my 90 year old mother living alone in New Jersey. Therefore, I was also very interested to learn anything I could about Elder Law and Estate Planning. Mr. Keltos was a great presenter; very informative; and this was an educational experience for me. I met with Mr. Keltos after the presentation as I was impressed with his knowledge, demeanor, and how honest he was about various legal scenarios when we become older. As I left, I knew I found an awesome attorney for my mother and mother-in-law. Mr. Keltos is one of the most honest attorneys that I have ever met and honesty has always guided me in both my career and my personal life. In March 2016, I convinced my mom to acquire the services of Mr. Keltos to assist her with a new Will and a new Power of Attorney. His detail for each document was over and above what we anticipated. Mr. Keltos goes the distance for his client and explains everything in detail no matter how big or small. He was always available for questions and answered all our inquiries. Once the documents were finalized, my mom was very impressed with both the detailed and thorough documents. Again, I offer the highest possible recommendation for Mr. Keltos as he is an attorney who truly is an individual of the highest integrity; he is dedicated and committed to his clients. I believe he is an asset to all residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and I recommend retaining the services of Mr. Keltos for anyone that wants their loved ones assets protected so their planning is correctly addressed with an awesome legal professional.

Right Guy/Right Time

My wife, as the eldest sibling and the named executor in her mother's will, was unexpectedly thrust into a position of great responsibility after her mother, a widow, suffered a sudden and debilitating stroke. After several weeks of hospitalization, followed by several months of rehabilitation, fa...mily members were now faced with the realization that their mother could never return to her home; so the search began to find suitable, and affordable, housing for mom. After visiting several local senior living facilities, the family members made a unanimous decision, and soon thereafter, their mother was moved in, along with her most cherished possessions. Shortly thereafter, family members were faced with yet another realization. Not only was their mother physically impaired, but it was now apparent that she had not recovered her mental faculties. She was no longer able to manage the day-to-day affairs of her life. Decisions had to made. Who is going to pay the bills? Who is going to make the personal, medical and financial decisions? What funding sources are accessible, and at what levels? What happens when the funds are depleted? While we didn't know all the answers, we knew that we now needed the help and guidance of a real professional. In an earlier conversation, the director of the senior living facility had mentioned to my wife that she and a local attorney were participants and presenters in ethics-related seminars. When asked, the director was very willing to pass along that lawyer's name, with highest regards. The lawyer was Robert Keltos. From our very first family meeting with Robert Keltos, it felt right. He was warm and personable. He was engaging and empathetic. He understood our needs and was amenable to our input. He has been very honest, very fair, very accessible and very responsive, in every way. He has truly been a blessing to our family. Robert Keltos has handled, and continues to handle, the burden's of our responsibility, with regard to the affairs of my wife's mother: to date, living will, power-of-attorney, health care proxy, sale of real estate, estate planning and Medicaid planning. For our family, Robert Keltos was the answer to our prayers. He was the right guy, at the right time.
