My wife, as the eldest sibling and the named executor in her mother's will, was unexpectedly thrust into a position of great responsibility after her mother, a widow, suffered a sudden and debilitating stroke. After several weeks of hospitalization, followed by several months of rehabilitation, fa...mily members were now faced with the realization that their mother could never return to her home; so the search began to find suitable, and affordable, housing for mom.
