CLIENT

I have decided not to post my name as I would rather not be social media stalked or accused of not being a real person. Eric represented me in a very litigious divorce/custody matter that went on longer than anyone could have anticipated. I was referred to Eric by a handful of previous clients. ...I honestly never thought about posting a review because he seemed to already have an outstanding reputation and I didn’t think my review meant much. Last week I received a text from my ex telling me to look at some of the reviews being posted about Eric’s office (yes my ex - he even respected Eric and in the end even appreciated MY ATTORNEYS dedication) I googled Eric’s firm and was saddened by some of the things I read. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and has the right to review a business. But these so called reviews appear to have become repetitive (my guess is one client) and more recently focusing on other client reviews (hence my not wanting to share my name) I do see that a lot of reviews have been posted lately and my guess is they are clients like myself that had an amazing experience and wish they would have shared it. Eric and Kristin were a god sent and I can’t imagine how I would have gotten through this without them. I felt like they actually really cared about me and what I was going through. I was a nervous wreck and Kristin always knew how to calm me down - by the end I felt like she knew me better then I knew myself. I really could go on about how much I appreciate them but I think everyone gets that by now. I am however just going to leave with this - The information that was provided in one of the reviews regarding Eric’s secretary - the one with the little note that said “google it”. Not only was it irrelevant but I did “google it” and guess what I was not able to find any information to confirm that ridiculous allegation. Google is a great way to help make informed decisions when hiring someone / just remember to be aware as not everyone has the same intentions when they take to these platforms.

Honest and Fair

I talked with Mr. Foley about a situation and he had giving me great advice. He was very honest and did not advice me to go the real expensive route. Where other Attorneys would.

BEST LAWYER WHEN DEALING WITH DCPP

I had the opportunity to work with Eric Foley and Kristin during one of the most difficult periods of my life—navigating a DCPP case. From our first consultation, it was clear that they both had a deep understanding of family law and a genuine commitment to protecting the best interests of children a...nd families. Eric used to be a DAG and Kristin was a caseworker for a decade. There is also a retired family court Judge whom is also extremely knowledgeable and she will make you feel so calm when you talk to her. Eric and his team were not only knowledgeable and strategic but also compassionate and communicative. Eric took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt heard and supported throughout the case. In court, he was confident and well-prepared, advocating fiercely on my behalf while remaining professional and respectful. Thanks to his guidance and dedication, the outcome of my case was favorable, and I was able to move forward with greater stability and peace of mind. If you're facing a DCPP case or any complex family law issue, I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and his team they bring not only legal expertise, but also a level of care and empathy that truly makes a difference.

Truly Grateful for their Help!

I can't say enough good things about Eric Foley and team. Going through a family law issue is never easy, but they made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. From day one, they were kind, honest, and really took the time to listen to what I was going through. They explained everything in... a way that made sense, always kept me in the loop, and really had my back in and out of court. I felt like they genuinely cared—not just about winning, but about making sure I was okay through it all. If you're dealing with divorce, custody stuff, or anything family-related, I highly recommend giving them a call. They're smart, supportive, and just really good at what they do. So thankful I found them!

Steer Clear: One Client to Another.

I had a terrible experience with Mr. Foley. The Facts of my case are: he lost a high-stakes trial because he did nothing to prepare. He lost a high stake motion because he did not open his mouth throughout the entire motion. He represented me during a transfer of custody and DID NOT EVEN BOTHER to fi...nd out the address of where my child would be living. He "represented" me during an appeal and lost everything; he did not even bother to request oral arguments. Those are the FACTS. You decide.
