Extremely Ineffective Lawyer in SJ

Individual had a poor case for the situation he wanted to achieve. Would not settle on terms favorable to him. Lost fee arbitration, lost appeal, defaulted on payment arrangement. I wish him no ill will but he needs to see the situation more clearly. Wife has commented above.

This individual is the wife of the other recent review. Had to sue for fees, won. He appealed and I won again. The facts of the case were difficult for the result he wanted. I was able to negotiate a good settlement which he rejected. He is now paying off his fee obligation monthly.
"I endorse this lawyer. Scott is an attentive listener, and is able to respond quickly to questions with insightful answers and analysis."
