I’ve first used John for a traffic violation, which in my younger teenage and young adult years led to needing him for several situations including, more serious charges in the Traffic/ on the road or even off the road driving charges. A few serious ones I’ll share to hopefully ease your mind and dec...ision to deal with this once known stranger to me by family, that ever since and until this days treats you like family. From speeding, careless to reckless-driving, fighting for which at the time I justified it by being the Anti bully Savior, got me plenty charges of assault including aggravated assault and needing him for the most serious of my choices which again in defense of myself and family was charged with my First Felony that unfortunately the situation was serious enough to bring several Felony charges all at once, including having to deal with one of them coming from a Government Agency that was holding a 35 year sentence if convicted and was guilty of. Luckily I wasn’t and was left with my first and only Superior Court for charges that led to a Trial with over 50 people were indicted on charges from Assault to Attempted Murder. I stand now looking back at that time and being a Proud father of a blessing of a daughter which I’m not sure what I did to deserve her, but I will always be a protector and defend my family in anyway I can with using the best decisions I can to follow the laws of NJ in which self defense in my opinion need to change! I’ll never understand that a Government that allows us to have quote on quote so many freedoms and being the home of the Brave, let’s a State take away your right to defend yourself or your child if needed, family or anyone that needs defending if Physically fighting or restraining a person will make you guilty and can be charged with the same charge or even a greater charge then the person or persons that initially committed the offense or crime that led to you needing to defend yourself or anyone! I’ve experienced it first hand my first time at 12 years old being handcuffed and arrested because at first I was letting someone hit me over an over in school and my mom whom was picking me up from school obviously tried to stop it and the person (Man) punched my Mom not on accident but threatened to do more then just hit her and seeing not only my Mom but a Woman being punched in the Face by an Man threw me into a rage in which yes I went overboard after beating him to the ground and his friends or anyone that was a threat to me or mainly my mom which had to watch me be arrested put in the back of an officers vehicle and taken away for defending her. The punches trying to get me to strike back might of cut my lip of left bruises but didn’t hurt nor did I need to fight back on school property while teachers and staff watched and out of fear didn’t get involved, but the hurt I felt seeing my mom bleeding from being punched in the face and I don’t wish harm on anyone as being a father changed my moral compass more then I already did after the most serious charges of leading to the Superior court charges I said prior, but with that situation with my mother at such a young age and the results of both the School discipline by external suspension and wasn’t able to go to our year end trip to an Amusement park and the Police who charged me with assault, not the person who started hitting me and started the situation whom didn’t want to press charges neither did I but both the school and cops felt it was necessary!!Which brings me back to closing my statement about not wishing harm on anyone but If one day which one of the authority figures was put in the same or similar circumstances as I was and lost his job all for defending his wife.Closing this long but hopefully informative novel out.I hope this helps anyone looking for help in any area of law knowing that John was always with me and never let me down, without his help and Professionalism my life could have been taken.
