I will give him 1 star and a half because he is flexible with his fees and is very accessible. But he did not make feel a priority, and mainly cannot accept constructive feedback. One month after a trial which I felt he did not do his 100%, nothing was done for my case despite of the deadlines I was ...facing. When I politely expressed my frustration, instead of apologizing and being empathetic, he rudely asked for my address (which he should have had) to drop my file to me. He said he provides exceptional services and is not McDonald's, he does not appreciate MY attitude. I pointed out McDonalds employee never treated me this way. Let me also add that he was constantly on his phone, during recess at court, when we were supposed to be working on the case. I swallowed it all, since I was so grateful for the flexibility in price, but it's totally not worth it. I wish I could attach screen shots of the text messages to this review, as this is how it all went down. I am not sure if he will leave this rating on this page, but please, I would NOT recommend Mr Connelly to anyone going through tough and stressful family situations.

I met Tom at a bad time in my life when I thought that all hope was gone and at the grace of God I looked up and he passed me his card. At that time I wasn't sure if all lawyer was that same after I had experinced a bad attorney, but I gave Tom a chance and after I used his services I 'had a complete... change of mind he made me realize that there was good out here after all. So, I accommodate Tom in all that he does and I would refer his services to another.
