Excellent Lawyer

I have been working with Elizabeth Berenato for over 2.5 yrs. She was referred to me from Smith Magram after they stopped working on all disability claims. Elizabeth has worked tirelessly on my case and has kept informed on what was needed from me and my doctors. It was a long process and very discou...raging, but she was always very positive and kept working with me. Elizabeth is a very knowledgeable Lawyer and extremely up to date with all the SS laws. Elizabeth is someone who is very professional, courteous and hard pressed that I followed her recommendations. She WON my case with several yrs of back pay. I most definitely recommend her as a Lawyer.

Beyond efficient!

Ms. Berenado came highly recommended from a friend of the family. It is now my turn to highly recommend her to the next person. We met three years ago and Ms. Berenado was thorough, kind and patient. Three years later under her representation I was approved fully favorable!!

Approved thanks to Elizabeth Beranato!

Elizabeth won my ss disability case for me and I could not be more relieved! The process is too complicated for non attorneys to navigate so having Elizabeth represent me was the best thing I did. She truely cares about her clients and explained the process at each stage. She's definitly 5 stars!!

Outstanding Attorney

I used Ms. Berenato 2 years ago and she was very helpful and honest. Ms. Berenato was very straight forward when I explained my Social Security case to her. I was awarded my case and the Judge commented on how efficient and well prepared my case was presented by Ms. Berenato. I have referred other... clients to Ms. Berenato because I trust her and believe in her.

I hired Ms. Berenato to handle my social security disability case. She was very responsive to all my phone calls. She handled the paperwork very efficiently. She was amazing in Court. I was approved. I would highly recommend her services
