I used Ms. Berenato 2 years ago and she was very helpful and honest. Ms. Berenato was very straight forward when I explained my Social Security case to her. Elizabeth was handling my partners case after being referred by Magram & Associates. everything in the beginning was great. When time came to appear in court everything was going fine until the judge for the case got changed to one that Ms Berenato was not familiar with and had no rapport with. Long ...story short we were denied. When the time came for an appeal Ms. Berenato ghosted us. We got a letter stating she changed firms. WE ATTEMPTED SEVERAL TIMES to speak to her. Voicemail after voicemail. EMAIL AFTER EMAIL. with no response. She completely disappeared with no communication as to how to proceed further. I have since taken over my partners case while I look for new representation. She is a disgusting, awful, peice of garbage for treating any client this way. No respect whatsoever.
