I would like to present a review for Allen Scazafabo. Allen Scazafabo was my attorney for my divorce proceeding. What I can tell you is, once you pay his retainer, his disappearing act begins. Allen S. He doesn't have a clear understanding of the legal aspect of how to handle a matrimonial... case, how to communicate with the advesarial attorney , nor the judge/court proceedings. Allen S. clearly never seemed to keep my case up to speed. He also doesn't take the time to review proceedings done , or written with regards to my case. You ask a question you get a lengthy convuluted response. Then you are left without an understanding. Just to rack up more billing. Instead of just answering your question . I felt very much that Allen S. did not have one's best interests throughout my case. If your looking for an attorney who will listen, strategize, plan , and have a solid legal direction. With divorce most of us, are not privy to what the process is, With Allen S. you will for the most part, not know any more than you already came to him with. He makes decisions,many times without your imput. If you want an attorney that, provides you communication, strategies, honesty, & knows the law. I would definitely not recommend Allen Scazafabo.
