Replied last February 26, 2025While we understand that you are disappointed with the outcome, please be reminded that our insurance company determined that the damage to your vehicle was not caused by the driveway condition. We did offer to assist you with your insurance deductible, however as far as we know, you declined to submit a claim to your auto carrier to repair the car. It should also be noted for clarity that you were never a client of the firm.
