Since July 9, 2025, I have made repeated written requests for my file. Despite multiple deadlines and follow-ups, I still have not received key materials, including deposition transcripts, exhibits, errata sheets, video recordings, pleadings, motion papers, court orders with reasoning, settlement/ADR... materials, expert reports, correspondence, financial records, and trial preparation documents. This delay and refusal to produce my full file has caused direct prejudice to my ability to protect my legal interests and pursue related matters. I have filed a formal ethics complaint citing violations of RPC 1.16(d) (failure to surrender client file) and RPC 1.4 (failure to communicate). All statements above are supported by documented emails and correspondence provided to the ethics authorities.
