I would not recommend this attorney and a reason he is still practicing law at 70. It took 5 years from DoD to close a SIMPLE Trust Took Partner Intervention to resolve Did not properly communicate with Trustees and when did so, had numerous errors in documentation indicative of his unprofess...ional & shoddy work ! Refused to respond to other attorneys request for Trust Accounting Status REQUIRED BY THE TRUST & NJ State Law ! Coordinated me charged legal fees for home appraisals that are typically handled by professional appraiser as experts in this field. Final Trust Distribution simply provided what was being liquidated and DID NOT PROVIDE Trust Value from DoD to Liquidation and/or questionable expenses for assets dedicated to the Executors resulting in significant doubt what the actual trust distribution really was THE BENEFICIARY AMOUNT DISTRIBUTED WAS ALMOST HALF WHAT WAS CONVEYED AT DoD ! Bottom Line - There are many other competent Trust Attorneys for less fee!!
