As the administrator for an estate I needed an attorney for the sale of the estate home. The family was both difficult and Disfunctional. .making my job much harder.. As the sale of the house turned into a circus event ..Rob stayed professional..he guided me and the family through the process with compassion and understanding. He was easy to talk to and truly showed a personal interest in doing his best regardless of the circumstances. .

ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE I have been a real estate agent/broker for almost 20 years. Having a good/GREAT attorney in a real estate transaction is the first thing you learn. I didn't know what a good attorney was until I had a bad one. With that said I recommend Rob to all my buyer and seller... clients. Personally I have used Rob's services on several occasions. He is very diligent and is personally involved with, and follows every transaction from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend the services of Robert D.Rosen.As the closing attorneu for the sale of my house he was unprepared and did not include items due in our meeting the day prior.He also did not include the buyers' large deposit in the check I received from his office, and I had to wait until after the ...weekend for his return from vacation to pick it up.His offer to overnight then should have been made a week earlier!
