John Joseph Lyons

John J. Lyons is an associate in Saiber LLC’s Business Litigation and Employment & Labor Law Practice Groups, representing businesses, public entities, educational institutions, and individuals in complex commercial and employment disputes. His litigation experience includes contract disputes, business torts, professional liability, intellectual property, real estate litigation, and shareholder disputes. John also defends employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and wage and hour claims, and advises clients on workplace policies, internal investigations, restrictive covenants, and labor relations. He represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Prior to joining Saiber, John practiced employment law at another New Jersey firm and clerked for the Honorable Lourdes Lucas, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
