Vincent Corrado Cirilli

Vincent C. Cirilli's practice focuses on complex commercial, insurance coverage, and employment litigation, with a particular emphasis on representing management in a variety of employment-related disputes involving claims under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act, the New York Human Rights Laws, and Title VII. He also provides labor and employment counseling and has conducted several internal investigations for higher education institutions and government agencies. Vincent has appeared before the federal and state courts of New Jersey and New York in significant legal disputes, including several suits alleging discriminatory and retaliatory employment practices against a major health services provider.

Prior to entering private practice, Vincent was a Judicial Law Clerk for The Hon. Michael A. Guadagno, J.A.D., in the Appellate Division, West Long Branch, NJ.
