I was involved in an incident of self-defense using a legally possessed handgun in a state (New Jersey) very unfriendly to firearms. Consequently, I faced very serious felony charges and a life of progress that stood to be lost. I am a licensed truck driver in NJ, which means I cannot (AND DO NOT) drive under the influence. Nevertheless, while driving my car on Route 206, I was stopped in Bedminster and arrested for DUI even though I was completely sober and blew a 0.00 on the breathalyzer. I immediately hired Mr. Ware, know...ing that the penalties for a DUI conviction on my driving record would have been severe and permanent: I would have lost my CDL license for a year and ultimately would have lost my livelihood. What employer would hire a driver with a previous DUI conviction? Nor would I be able to drive into Canada any longer since that country prohibits entry to drivers with a DUI on their driving record. Mr. Ware handled my case both professionally and expeditiously, successfully getting the charges dismissed. During the entire process, Mr. Ware was extremely responsive, answering any questions or concerns I had and keeping me informed about the progress of my case. I highly recommend him.
