My son was charged with a series of firearm and assault charges in Passaic County in a self-defense incident. I hired Mr. Ware after consulting with a number of attorneys. Mr. Ware’s goal was to get my son into the PTI program, a near-impossible goal given the felony firearm and assault charges. The case dragged on for nearly two years and our PTI request was continually rejected. Mr. Ware believed that the prosecutor was failing to consider all aspects of the case. He successfully appealed and gained approval for PTI in Superior Court. The State appealed the case to New Jersey’s Appellate Division. Through what seemed to be a miracle, the Appellate approved our request for PTI. Mr. Ware laid an impressive legal groundwork that made this possible. My son faced prison time in New Jersey. Upon completion of the PTI program, he will have these felony charges dismissed. Every step of the way, Mr. Ware overcame all obstacles. The life of our family is significantly restored. I can’t recommend Mr. Ware enough. Truly the best.

I would like to say so much but I'll keep it short First I would highly recommend Mr Ware for all cases. He is an hardworking attorney that is very upfront about everything. Initially, i was discouraged by what seemed like dim chances of undoing the catastrophic ramifications of my sentence: lifetime parole supervision and Meagan's List registration. However, when Bill took on my case, his first order of business was to inspire in me an abiding resolve that I  would overcome this travesty. It certainly was no cakewalk, but nothing of this significance ever is. And he was always upfront and honest about the complexity of the process and the patience and fortitude that would be required. He also never made any guarantees as to the outcome . While he no doubt believed that one day I'd  be vindicated and was determined to bring this about, he was ever vigilant of his ethical responsibility as my attorney--and yes, as my friend-- to never promise anything other than his very best effort. To my greatest fortune, although the road would indeed prove long, windy, and at times treacherous, Bill was able to guide me to that destination I had once never thought possible. Specifically, after a successful appeal to the NJ Supreme Court, Bill miraculously persuaded both the trial judge and prosecutor's office to not only agree that my original plea was deficient, but to endorse the vacating of my entire conviction and sentence--including both Meagan's Law and parole supervision! My gratitude to Bill for spearheading this extraordinary victory and lifting the pale that hung over me for the past 12 years is simply beyond the capacity of words to even begin to convey! The conviction, parole , and registration were devastating handicaps that effectively stripped away my basic freedoms and liberties and crippled nearly every aspect of my life.I couldn't make any advances towards any of the goals I had set for myself; i couldn't make any strides towards a better life; I couldn't have a life... ...But now, thanks to Bill, I can! However, Bill was more than a spectacular attorney who indeed gave me a second lease on life. He was ,is ,and will continue to be a friend of the truest and highest order. At several points, the frustration and bleakness of my circumstances became overwhelming and had me feeling utterly defeated. At each instance, Bill was there to lift me up, push me to carry on, and revive my faith in the fight he was leadingand in the future he was paving for me. Speaking of faith in the larger sense, I'd be remiss to mention that Bill also restored my faith in God Himself. And when all is said and done, this may well turn out to be the greatest blessing he bestowed on me.

Highly recommended .... Our family has SO much to be thankful for this holiday season thanks to a HUGE victory in court, led by Mr. Ware!!! My son had agreed to a plea bargain several years ago while being represented by a different law firm without fully understanding the consequences. The senten...ce went far beyond time served, the restrictions placed on his life once he was released ruined his educational and career opportunities, ability to seek gainful employment, relationships, etc ... he wasn't able to move on with his life. Our family was deeply affected by these circumstances also, such an unfair burden. Things had to change, that is when we made the decision to retain Mr. Ware. Upon his advise, we decided to appeal the sentence. He explained that it was a very difficult case to win but he assured us that the case had merit and he coordinated a successful appeal!! The hard work, persistence and personal dedication paid off, the terms of the sentence have been revised and my son can now move on with his life!
