Expert

Mr. Ware is truly the best of the best! He is extremely knowledgeable, caring and treats his clients like family. I retained him to represent my son after things didn’t work out with the initial attorney I retained. My son was facing some serious charges (robbery, weapon possession and sex offense...). Mr. Ware and his staff dedicated a lot of time and effort into my son’s case and managed to get a deal that every attorney I consulted with said was impossible. My family is truly GRATEFUL for Mr. Ware’s expertise. I thank GOD for directing me to his office.

Knowledgeable Attorney

My husband and I hired Mr. Ware to represent our mentally disabled son regarding several matters, one of them being a Megan’s Law status. We made the right choice with William Ware. Our case was rather difficult and there were many steps to take, but Mr. Ware remained informative, easy to commu...nicate with, and available to answer questions throughout this long process. There were several instances in which William Ware went over and above what was expected of an attorney. He demonstrated compassion and understanding. William D. Ware is a knowledgeable and steadfast lawyer. I highly recommend him.

An Exceptional Attorney Delivers Improbable Results

I was in SERIOUS legal trouble. 1 count of child endangerment (possession of CP) and 1 count of possession w/ intent to distribute CDS - both 3rd degree felonies. I was facing upwards of 10 years in a state prison and a slew of social ramifications that comes with these charges (Megan's Law). My c...ase took a while (almost 4 years) to resolve and during this time I was prepared to serve time in a federal penitentiary of at least 4 to 5 years in best case scenario. This wreaked havoc on my mental health but Mr. Ware provide non-emotional guidance, straight-forward advice and set realistic but optimistic expectations that helped me through the darkest times. After numerous court appearances, Mr. Ware miraculously negotiated a plea deal of probation (non-custodial) and some fines at the end - and NO Meghan's Law! Now granted I did A LOT of self-motivated work to seek out professional help (through Mr. Ware's referrals) and work on my psychological health, which I feel convinced Mr. Ware that I am worthy of his help and ultimately the IMPROBABLE outcome that he delivered. He is by no means a lawyer that fights to have child predators free on the streets and I am certainly not one, but the work he has done in my case is nothing short of a miracle. I am forever grateful for having him as my attorney and counsel during this turbulent time in my life. If you are in serious legal trouble, you need to seriously consider Mr. Ware as your attorney. Always remember, have faith in your lawyer. Have faith in William Ware.

A true miracle worker....

Bill Ware is more than "just" a brillant, exceptional attorney who defends his clients with every fiber of his being , exploring every avenue, standing down against all pressure, and doing absolutely everything within the law to bring about the desired resolution. He's a man of extraordinary integri...ty, substance, and faith. Criminal defense is not merely a business to him. And his clients are regarded as far more than customers. While most attorneys are one-dimensional in how they frame their objective, Bill perceives his responsibility as much greater than the legal challenges his clients face. He genuinely gets to know, appreciate, and admire who they are as human beings, their character, qualities, and potential.  And it is through this valuation that Bill perceives his ultimate responsibility as one of redeeming his  clients. In my case, I had my life seemingly shattered beyond repair because of the admitted deception of a young lady I dated for several months before discovering that she was not 17 as she had claimed and portrayed herself as to me and my family/friends. Even though I'd already made what most would assume to be a fatal error of pleading guilty to the sexual assault charge levied against me (on the shortsighted "advice" of my previous attorney) before I was blessed to discover and retain Bill Ware , he'd prove that no  situation is intractable and true justice  is always attainable. Initially, i was discouraged by what seemed like dim chances of undoing the catastrophic ramifications of my sentence: lifetime parole supervision and Meagan's List registration. However, when Bill took on my case, his first order of business was to inspire in me an abiding resolve that I  would overcome this travesty. It certainly was no cakewalk, but nothing of this significance ever is. And he was always upfront and honest about the complexity of the process and the patience and fortitude that would be required. He also never made any guarantees as to the outcome . While he no doubt believed that one day I'd  be vindicated and was determined to bring this about, he was ever vigilant of his ethical responsibility as my attorney--and yes, as my friend-- to never promise anything other than his very best effort. To my greatest fortune, although the road would indeed prove long, windy, and at times treacherous, Bill was able to guide me to that destination I had once never thought possible. Specifically, after a successful appeal to the NJ Supreme Court, Bill miraculously persuaded both the trial judge and prosecutor's office to not only agree that my original plea was deficient, but to endorse the vacating of my entire conviction and sentence--including both Meagan's Law and parole supervision! My gratitude to Bill for spearheading this extraordinary victory and lifting the pale that hung over me for the past 12 years is simply beyond the capacity of words to even begin to convey! The conviction, parole , and registration were devastating handicaps that effectively stripped away my basic freedoms and liberties and crippled nearly every aspect of my life.I couldn't make any advances towards any of the goals I had set for myself; i couldn't make any strides towards a better life; I couldn't have a life... ...But now, thanks to Bill, I can! However, Bill was more than a spectacular attorney who indeed gave me a second lease on life. He was ,is ,and will continue to be a friend of the truest and highest order. At several points, the frustration and bleakness of my circumstances became overwhelming and had me feeling utterly defeated. At each instance, Bill was there to lift me up, push me to carry on, and revive my faith in the fight he was leadingand in the future he was paving for me. Speaking of faith in the larger sense, I'd be remiss to mention that Bill also restored my faith in God Himself. And when all is said and done, this may well turn out to be the greatest blessing he bestowed on me.
