A grateful first time client

Mr. Ware was recommended to me when my nineteen year old son was arrested for armed robbery. He faced the possibility of several years in jail. Mr. Ware was patient and informative and always responsive to my calls and emails. His manner helped put me at ease during a very difficult time. Mr. Ware wa...s able to plea bargain my son's sentence down to probation and fines.

The Truth Shall Set You Free

The Constitution give us the right to a fair and impartial trial and theright to represnet ourself. However, in this no longer seems to be the case in NJ. A citizen complaint was filed against me by an employee of a company. I had from the start emphatically denied these allegations and asked to s...ee the no exisitant evidence agaisnt me. Upon reveiw of the persons involved I notified the Judge of conflicts that he had with the case, he disregarded the conflicts and steam rolled foward. I represented myself at the trial and after I brough up the Judges conflicts and new conflicts that were found with the prosecutor being the brother of the chairman of the board of the company whose employee filed the complaint, the judge on his own motion declaired a mistrial. this should have been the end of the case, but instead of admitting their errors and appologizing they continued their attack on me. As a man of God, I have always stood firm imn my belief of "Trust The Lord my God with all my heart" and he will deliver you from evil. Despite the fact that the NJ Statues and the Rules of Court clearly prohibited a retrial under the Double jeopardy clause of the Constitution. The case continued to be moved from court to court by the very same person who had recused himself from the case, another violation of law. After bening bounced around and beaten up for over a year. I searched for an attorney to help me with this case which escalated into an even more involved case. After a great deal of research and prayer I was leaning toward an attorney I felt could help me resolve this mess. But God had other plans and prompted me to continue my search. I cam across Mr. Ware's information and wa impressed with his resume. I called and left a message and he was very quick to return may call. We discussed the case and he agreed to meet with me. Upon walking into his office I knew God had lead me there. Mr. Ware is a man private man by if asked will happily share his great faith with you. After a considerable amount of time discussing the case he agreed to represent me. Aside from being very responsive to calls and emails, it was clearly evident that he was deeply affected by the injustice which had been done to me. This was purhaps one of the most important tells of his character, and his dedication to his clients. He cares. While we saw eye to ey on a great man issues I would be remiss to say we had differences of opinion of a few issues. As I had deal with this matter for quite some time, there was a great deal of documentation to this case and I certainly knew the extent of time that Mr. Ware took in his preparation of the motion and brief in this case. His aurguement at the motion hearing was correct and right, however the Judge for his on purpose ruled against them. Mr. Ware remained calm and unaffected by his disappointment and proceeded with the trial. As it began I became aware of a number of errors that were being made and brought them to Mr. wares attention. To my surpise he took no action to correct them, something I as a prose litigant would most probably have done. Instead he waited until the time availed itself to act. His skill and experience shown through and he had the witness sequestered and made a motion to dismiss based on the errors. Again though the Judge decided not act on that motion and declaired me Not Guilty - aquitted. Mr. Wares motion was also correct and would have had the same effect, but the Judge had his reasons for ruling the way he did. It is clear when faced with criminal charges such a I was there are some things that you must do. First you must trust in the Lord God with all your heart. Second Stand firm to your beliefs. Be represnted by a seasoned , knowledgeable and skilled attorney, who you can trust and be confident with. William Ware is just such a man. He has not only been a great support to me, he has been a comfort to my entire family.

**** RETAIN THIS LAWYER ****

Before I came to Mr. Ware, I was a broken and defeated man. I had no criminal history and this was my first experience with lawyers. Unfortunately, I was involved in a criminal matter and represented by a previous attorney who was not doing anything to represent my case. I went to a firm that represe...nted a family member in an auto accident case and was assigned an attorney that I never met until the first court date. By first glance, I was not impressed. He looked sloppy and the way he carried himself made me think that he was not a sharp and confident lawyer but I already paid a retainer. As the case progressed, my previous attorney showed no compassion, no zeal, and no interest in winning my case. He mostly kept me uninformed and snapped at me when I asked questions. Instead of representing me to the best of his abilities, he was looking for the quickest and simplest resolution so he could close the case and move on no matter how it affected my life. I already paid him a retainer fee and was riding it out, hoping that the case would turn from worst to better. Instead, after multiple court appearances, the case just got worse and I was looking at serious charges to include jail time. Enough was enough so I informed the previous attorney that I was going to seek different representation. I called at least ten other lawyers looking for someone that would take my case. Most either said that the case is too far along or asked for more money than I could afford. I was about to give up when, luckily, I came across Mr. Ware's website. I called him expecting to get a receptionist but it was Mr. Ware that answered; which took me back. I explained my situation and Mr. Ware asked me to come by that same day. He was in his office for only a few minutes but invited me to hear my case anyway. I arrived at his office and he impressed me the moment we met. He was well dressed and carried himself confidently. He listened intently and only interrupted to ask pertinent questions. I told him about the whole case and he immediately came up with a plan of attack as soon as I was finished. He then informed me of his credentials which impressed me even more. I am not a religious person, but he even informed me that he prays for his clients. At the end of the meeting, I knew I have found the right attorney to represent me in my case and who actually cares. The moment he took my case he immediately informed me what was done (or not done). He informed me that my previous attorney did not send the prosecutor any discovery, letters of recommendations, evidence, or anything that could have helped my case. My previous attorney dug me in a deep hole. Mr. Ware knew that my case was an uphill battle but he didn't shy away or look for the quick resolution. He always kept me informed and was on point with everything. I gave Mr. Ware everything I had given my previous attorney and he immediately sent them to the prosecutor. Within a few days, my case went from worst to great. Although the ideal outcome would have been a dismissal, I knew I would not get that. Instead, Mr. Ware worked and got me the best deal I could have possibly gotten. I was looking at a trial, a possible conviction with 5 years jail time, a record for life and an end to my military career. Mr. Ware saved my freedom and my life. I have nothing but praise for him. The situation I was in was a horrible situation and Mr. Ware fixed it. He was there to represent my best interests and guided me through to the best possible outcome. I came to Mr. Ware hopeless and expecting to lose everything but left with hope and everything I worked hard for in my life still intact. I hope I will never need his services in a criminal matter again, but if I do, Mr. Ware will definitely represent me again. He has become my go to attorney for any of my future legal needs. I will recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Mr. Ware.

Excellent Attorney

I never thought I would be writing this about an attorney but you, Mr. Ware, are not just any attorney. I truly believe you are God Sent! You provide exemplary representation and are very reliable, competent, professional, assertive, direct and diligent. Your knowledge of the law, evidence rules, a...nd court procedures is outstanding. You have always been available to answer my questions and provide sound feedback via text, email and/or phone calls. Very rarely are attorneys as responsive and caring as you are. Not only are you a very effective advocate, but you are also an attorney with a real heart. Thank you for the empathy you have given to my overall well-being. I truly appreciate how supportive you have been throughout this whole process. I have and will continue to use you for my legal matters. I would highly recommend you to anyone who is searching for an excellent attorney. Thank You!!!

Couldn't have been a better lawyer for me.

Bill was professional while attentive to my personal feelings of being overwhelmed by my case. I trusted that he would get the desired outcome no matter how far the case went. Most importantly, my charges were dismissed!
