I was involved in an incident of self-defense using a legally possessed handgun in a state (New Jersey) very unfriendly to firearms. Consequently, I faced very serious felony charges and a life of progress that stood to be lost. I don't believe that my situation would have been resolved as positively... as it did without Mr. Ware's representation. New Jersey saw me as a criminal deserving of time in prison. I am a licensed truck driver in NJ, which means I cannot (AND DO NOT) drive under the influence. Nevertheless, while driving my car on Route 206, I was stopped in Bedminster and arrested for DUI even though I was completely sober and blew a 0.00 on the breathalyzer.
