I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Ware as my defense attorney and couldn't thank him enough for my outcome. Mr. Ware is highly intelligent and an expert at what he does. I am from out of state; charged with a DUI and 3 other charges in a late Saturday night traffic stop while in the area on business. I knew no local attorney that I could trust, so searched the internet for a defense attorney to get a defense going. I liked Attorney Ware because of his prosecutor back...ground and positive reviews, so he was my first call. I called him on early on Sunday morning and left him a message. He called me back within the hour and we set a meeting for first thing Monday morning before I flew to my next appointment. Other than that one meeting in person, we handled everything over the phone. Highly recommended .... Our family has SO much to be thankful for this holiday season thanks to a HUGE victory in court, led by Mr. Ware!!! My son had agreed to a plea bargain several years ago while being represented by a different law firm without fully understanding the consequences. The senten...ce went far beyond time served, the restrictions placed on his life once he was released ruined his educational and career opportunities, ability to seek gainful employment, relationships, etc ... he wasn't able to move on with his life. Our family was deeply affected by these circumstances also, such an unfair burden. Things had to change, that is when we made the decision to retain Mr. Ware.
