Before I came to Mr. Ware, I was a broken and defeated man. I had no criminal history and this was my first experience with lawyers. Unfortunately, I was involved in a criminal matter and represented by a previous attorney who was not doing anything to represent my case. I went to a firm that represe...nted a family member in an auto accident case and was assigned an attorney that I never met until the first court date. By first glance, I was not impressed. He looked sloppy and the way he carried himself made me think that he was not a sharp and confident lawyer but I already paid a retainer. As the case progressed, my previous attorney showed no compassion, no zeal, and no interest in winning my case. He mostly kept me uninformed and snapped at me when I asked questions. Instead of representing me to the best of his abilities, he was looking for the quickest and simplest resolution so he could close the case and move on no matter how it affected my life. I already paid him a retainer fee and was riding it out, hoping that the case would turn from worst to better. Instead, after multiple court appearances, the case just got worse and I was looking at serious charges to include jail time. Enough was enough so I informed the previous attorney that I was going to seek different representation. I called at least ten other lawyers looking for someone that would take my case. Most either said that the case is too far along or asked for more money than I could afford. I was about to give up when, luckily, I came across Mr. Ware's website. I called him expecting to get a receptionist but it was Mr. Ware that answered; which took me back. I explained my situation and Mr. Ware asked me to come by that same day. He was in his office for only a few minutes but invited me to hear my case anyway. I arrived at his office and he impressed me the moment we met. He was well dressed and carried himself confidently. At the end of the meeting, I knew I have found the right attorney to represent me in my case and who actually cares. The moment he took my case he immediately informed me what was done (or not done). He informed me that my previous attorney did not send the prosecutor any discovery, letters of recommendations, evidence, or anything that could have helped my case. My previous attorney dug me in a deep hole. Mr. Ware knew that my case was an uphill battle but he didn't shy away or look for the quick resolution. He always kept me informed and was on point with everything. I gave Mr. Ware everything I had given my previous attorney and he immediately sent them to the prosecutor. Within a few days, my case went from worst to great. Although the ideal outcome would have been a dismissal, I knew I would not get that. Instead, Mr. Ware worked and got me the best deal I could have possibly gotten. I was looking at a trial, a possible conviction with 5 years jail time, a record for life and an end to my military career. Mr. Ware saved my freedom and my life. I have nothing but praise for him. The situation I was in was a horrible situation and Mr. Ware fixed it. He was there to represent my best interests and guided me through to the best possible outcome. I came to Mr. Ware hopeless and expecting to lose everything but left with hope and everything I worked hard for in my life still intact. I hope I will never need his services in a criminal matter again, but if I do, Mr. Ware will definitely represent me again. He has become my go to attorney for any of my future legal needs. I needed an attorney to represent me on a criminal matter. I found Mr. Ware through his website, which was thorough and informative. I contacted him and he put me at ease immediately and was very attentive to every detail about my case. He took his time and made sure he didn't miss anything. I was in a tough situation had lots of tickets that had built up, while i had moved out of the state. Soon came to find out I had warrents, a few that is...Just had a 1 month old when i had contacted Mr. Ware, I spoke with him breifly on how he would be able to help me get these heavy fines down, wa...rrents removed, etc....I was a nervous reck, he assured me that the Lord will get me thur this...At the time, funds were low I promised i would call back when the funds were available... Well i had about over 2 grand in fines,etc....i was so scared of the courts, well he did wonders for us, he was able to get things dropped, dismissed and i had a very great out come. I am proud to say I got my DL back, i couldnt have done it with out Mr. Ware and his assistant Holly. God most of all....Mr. Ware you are a blessing and I am so glad to have met you..May the Lord continue to bless us all.

He pretends to work harder than he really does so that he can justify asking you for extra money. For instance, he represented me at traffic court for a simple speeding ticket and the cop failed to show up. I figured this was a lucky stroke for both of us, right? It meant he didn't have to d...o anything and that the case would simply be dismissed. As it stood, Mr. Ware did nothing to prepare for the court date. He never called, emailed or bothered to look at my driving record. He didn't even know if it was speeding or collision or wrong turn or what. He had NO idea until he saw me in the lobby of the court house. Well, despite his utter lack of preparation for court, Mr. Ware proceeded to act as if he were some sort of miracle worker when the cop didn't show up and the case was dismissed. He said I was lucky I had him as a lawyer because he was so "skilled." Um, what? The cop did not show up! That's what really happened. Yet Mr. Ware kept insisting that he had WON the case! He kept saying that he did a wonderful job and that I OWED him more credit for his terrific skill as a lawyer! He said it was his "skill" that got my case dismissed. He wanted EXTRA money for "winning" the case. He followed me to my car in the parking lot talking about how lucky I was that he "won" the case and how I could "send his bonus check in the mail." But he did not "do" anything! The cop never showed up. Everyone knows that there's nothing to "do" if the cop doesn't show up. I didn't even have any court fees because, technically, there was no court. The whole thing was dismissed. But he said I that since I saved on court fees I was obliged to give him that money too. WTF? I never heard of such a thing. If I saved money on Court fees then that's MY money, not his. I could barely keep up with the tricks he was peddling. When I got home I actually found an email from Mr. Ware asking if I would like to give him a "bonus." This guy actually sent an email from his law firm's server! Which means I have cyber-proof that he kept asking for extra money. I thought it ironic that he didn't send a single email BEFORE the court date to prepare for the case. But he immediately sent an email afterward to harass me for money. Note: I paid this guy his retainer a month in advance, and it wasn't cheap either ($750.00 for a traffic court appearance). What he does is ask you for EXTRA money afterward. In short, I was stalked by a lawyer for money.
