Mr. Ware was one of the few attorneys to respond to my on-line search for someone who would take on my 15 year old traffic (DUI) court case; he was both attentive and knowledgeable of municipal court procedures. I retained Mr. Ware to represent on two separate occasions during those difficult periods in life that seem to come out of nowhere. Recently, I have gotten myself in quite some trouble. To be honest, I was facing jail time. Being that I am a 24 year-old girl, I was more then petrified. Point is, he is more then just an excellent lawyer. He does his home work, for instance: 1. Follows up with the courts. 2. Retains ALL documents/discovery..etc.. 3. FIGHTS YOUR CASE 4. YOU WILL BE TOTATLLY SATISFIED WITH END RESULTS. (DEFEATED 4/4 OF MY CASES) 5. SAVES YOU MONEY-FINES. HE TURNED SOMETHING THAT WAS 'MANDATORY JAIL TIME' INTO A DISORDERLY CONDUCT/PERSONS TICKET. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND MR. WARE. Not only did he defeat one case; Mr. Ware defeated (4) out of (4) of my cases. MR. WARE IS A BLESSING... one of a kind. Who knows where I would be today if I didn't have him by my side.

I can't express enough how Happy I am I finally hired an attorney who truly knew what he was doing and took the time to review my file thoroughly and took the appropriate steps in getting my case handled. Mr Ware was first class. He was realistic about what we should expect before going to court. He and his paralegal were always available and responsive. Before seeing the judge he succesfully discussed the case with the prosecutor and had the infraction reduced to one that was much more appropriate ...to the situation. His fee was reasonable and well worth it.
