I was in a very precarious situation in the Criminal Justice System. I found Mr. Ware from a ad he regularly placed in a local newspaper and it appeared that he shared many of our values. I met with him to discuss a drug possession charge against my adult son and was convinced he was the right choice to represent him. Mr. Ware is very knowledgeable in his field of ...practice. He knows his way around the process and is familiar with many of the county prosecutors and judges. He explained the charges, their severity and what we could reasonably expect as a final outcome. He kept us well informed throughout the process and represented my son at several court appearances. One thing I greatly appreciated was that we were charged a reasonable fee for this type of case and he did not charge us repeatedly for billable hours every time there was a consultation or court date, as many attorneys do. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Ware demonstrated honesty, integrity and empathy in dealing with me and my son. He even went beyond the scope of what we had retained him for at times. The legal process can often become frustrating. But Mr. Ware kept us calm and assured us that things would work out. The final sentence my son received was much better than we might have anticipated. I was searching around for a attorney to handle a motion that I thought I was going to have trouble getting approved. Every attorney I met with was charging a outrageous price and wasn't too assuring of the outcome. I came across Mr. Ware , he invited me to his office right away to go over everythin...g with me and then told me what his fee was. When he seen the worried expression on my face , he stop the conversation and said you look worried, dont be , I've been doing this along time and you have nothing to worry about.
