Since my first visit to Mr. Ware I was treated with respect and understanding. I called on a holiday expecting to have to leave a message. However, Mr. ware answered his phone. Right off the bat,..... that gave me a positive feeling. Not only did Mr. Ware answer his phone, he proceeded to tell me... that he would run to his office to meet me.
