I am from out of state; charged with a DUI and 3 other charges in a late Saturday night traffic stop while in the area on business. I knew no local attorney that I could trust, so searched the internet for a defense attorney to get a defense going. The bottom line of my case was a positive outcome; the charges were pleaded down to speeding and a 30 day license suspension! As a bonus I found Attorney Ware to be a religious and ethical family man; which is my favorite category of people to do business with providing they are winners, too!

We retained Mr. Ware to represent our daughter in a serious traffic case which had a possible 5 points and suspension of her license. Despite only about a week of notice, Mr. Ware was very responsive and willing to listen to all of the facts involved. He came to court prepared and stood his ground ...for our daughter. He was very successful in getting the Prosecutor to completely dismiss the charge, with no fines or costs whatsoever. While our matter was only a traffic case, it was clear to us that Mr. Ware is honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to strongly advocate for his clients. We would definitely use Mr. Ware again and highly and without hesitation recommend him.

Mr Ware was first class. He was realistic about what we should expect before going to court. He and his paralegal were always available and responsive. Before seeing the judge he succesfully discussed the case with the prosecutor and had the infraction reduced to one that was much more appropriate ...to the situation. His fee was reasonable and well worth it.
