My husband got arrested back in April for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle (marijuana), along with a speeding ticket and a couple other miscellaneous violations. Unfortunately, his "get out of jail free" ticket was used years ago when he was a teenager. Anxious, worried and scared, we didn't know... what to do and how to approach the situation. It is a true miracle of God that my parents found William Ware to represent me for my case when I was unable to seek private counsel myself. Given the charges and the restraining order pressed against me, it should have been nearly impossible for Mr. Ware to ensure I received Pre-Trial Intervention i...nstead of jail-time, yet he accomplished it with confidence. Words cannot describe how eternally grateful I am for how much he helped me. Anyone—and I mean anyone—can trust Mr. Ware to handle his case with care to ensure the best possible outcome. For reasons I will not describe, my sexuality was relevant to the case. Initially, this gave my parents pause—and me, too—with whom they were going to hire, for they did not want a defense attorney who would not fight wholeheartedly for me. Because of his counsel, I also retained him for the restraining order related to my criminal case, and I am very glad I did. For that matter, the plaintiff initially wanted to proceed full-force; however, Mr. Ware negotiated with him to eliminate the order and instead agree to a mutual restraint, the most desirable outcome in that situation. I fully believe retaining him for that matter helped the defense for my criminal case greatly. His negotiating prowess second to none, knowing the judicial system very well, Mr. Ware miraculously recovered from my initial rejection into PTI per the recommendation of the probation officer who interviewed me. Immediately, he began damage-control, presenting his case to the prosecutor to convince the state that I was a good candidate for the program. I am still overjoyed he accomplished doing so despite the aforementioned obstacle. He definitively won an uphill battle. I thank God for sending my parents and me Mr. Ware. He gave me a second chance at life when I felt truly terrified and doomed, and he fought will all of his heart to ensure I could get that chance, regardless of the circumstance of my case. I recommend him to any and everyone who has legal trouble. Mr. Ware is incredibly skilled to have accomplished what he did for me; he is worth the investment. He is a good man; God bless him.
