Every word in my title describes Mr. Ware ESQ. Ive never been in a civil dispute before today, but I knew I needed to have a solid defense attorney to win my case. My husband got arrested back in April for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle (marijuana), along with a speeding ticket and a couple other miscellaneous violations. My husband is from out of state, charged with possession and distribution marijuana and CDS, charge from 1st degree to 3rd degree, 11 counts as per the indictment in 2015.
