It was my first time hiring a lawyer and I definitely didn't know where to start. After contacting dozens of lawyers I chose to go with Mr. Ware after finding his profile here on avvo and it couldn't have been a better choice. Mr. Ware is a very experienced lawyer and from the start I knew I was in g...ood hands. He was honest with me and gave me all the possible outcomes, explaining step by step what would happen. Both Mr. Ware and his assistant Kristi were extremely helpful, answering all my questions whenever I called and contacting me immediately with the updates on my case. I went into the case with peace of mind and he took care of everything, but made sure to let me know exactly what was going on. I could not be happier with the outcome. I had three charges, one being a criminal charge and the other two fines. Mr. Ware talked to the prosecutor and got the criminal charged dropped so I only had to pay a couple hundred dollars for the fines, which he got to be the lowest amount possible. He kept my record clean, I was able to keep my license, and I did not have to complete any probation or community service either. This saved my future, I'd definitely recommend him as a lawyer to anyone.

I was facing charges for a DUI, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and afraid about being convicted and losing my license. Mr. Ware guided me through each court appearance and because of his tireless effort and dedication to me as his client, I was only convicted of the lesser charge of failure to maintain lane!! I started crying out of happiness and relief while still standing in front of the judge. Such a huge weight had been lifted from me. I was crying so hard as we were walking out it must have looked like I was sentenced to jail! Mr. Ware took what seemed like an impossible situation for me and certain loss of license and I left the court with only a small fine! Mr. Ware will make your case a priority and will fight for the absolute best outcome, as he did in my case. I could not be more thankful to Mr. Ware to be able to move on with my life and have this behind me.

I was expecting probation for 2 years or more, loss of license, drug court, community service, and fines that would put me in serious debt. William Ware was a stress reliever.
