I retained Mr. Ware for my criminal defense case, which is still ongoing. Mr. Ware has not only proven his vast knowledge of criminal defense statues, namely the 2C book which is profound, but has gained my trust and respect once again for an attorney. Mr. Ware's compasion towards me and my case is n...ot only exemplarily but refreshing. I called Mr. Ware once on a matter I wanted to discuss with him, however at that time Mr. Ware was unavailable. Just to let me know that he did not forget about me and to see what I needed he called me back at 10:30 in the evening. I hired Mr. Ware to take care of several violations my son had which had turned into criminal problems because of his not attending Court appearances. He handled every one with expertise, grace, kindness and gave me a since of peace during a very trying time. I never felt so confident in putting my... son's life into someone's hands as I did with Mr. Ware. What a competent caring and gracious human being. There should be more like him during a stressful time in your life. I must also add I work in the legal field for the last 30 years surrounded by lawyers. He is one of the best!

Hire Someone Else — Not Mr. Ware! Mr. Ware did the bare minimum for my case. He failed to fully explain the details of my plea deal before court and only revealed important information afterward, leaving me no opportunity to seek other representation. He also dismissed my entrapment concerns instead... of addressing them directly. Throughout the process, I felt misled and unsupported. He showed little empathy, offered no real guidance, and treated the case more like a transaction than genuine representation. If you want an attorney who is honest, thorough, and willing to advocate for your claims, I would not recommend Mr. Ware. Hire someone else
