I retained Mr. Ware for my criminal defense case, which is still ongoing. Mr. Ware has not only proven his vast knowledge of criminal defense statues, namely the 2C book which is profound, but has gained my trust and respect once again for an attorney. Mr. Ware's compasion towards me and my case is n...ot only exemplarily but refreshing. I called Mr. Ware once on a matter I wanted to discuss with him, however at that time Mr. Ware was unavailable. Just to let me know that he did not forget about me and to see what I needed he called me back at 10:30 in the evening. I do not know to many other attorney's who are devoted to their active case load as Mr. Ware is. Not only have I recommended other people to Mr. Ware. I will continue to use Mr. Ware for all of my legal matters whatever that may be for the future! Thank you Mr. Ware for being a "real" attorney.

I was going through a difficult financial time in my life and unintentionally overdrew on my checking account on two occasions. Subsequently, I was charged, and sought the services of an attorney. Mr. Ware came highly recommended. Mr. Ware was extremely helpful, compassionate and did not make me f...eel like a "criminal". When everything was said and done, both matters were DISMISSED! Hire Someone Else — Not Mr. Ware! Mr. Ware did the bare minimum for my case. He failed to fully explain the details of my plea deal before court and only revealed important information afterward, leaving me no opportunity to seek other representation. He also dismissed my entrapment concerns instead... of addressing them directly. Throughout the process, I felt misled and unsupported. He showed little empathy, offered no real guidance, and treated the case more like a transaction than genuine representation. If you want an attorney who is honest, thorough, and willing to advocate for your claims, I would not recommend Mr. Ware. Hire someone else
