Wayne received his B.A. from Muhlenberg College and his J.D. from Albany Law School. During law school, Wayne was a legal intern with the Honorable Mark L. Powers at the Schenectady County (NY) Family Court. Wayne also worked at the Albany Law Immigration Clinic while in law school.
Upon graduation from law school, Wayne was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Hanna, J.S.C., where he assisted Judge Hanna with the matrimonial, non-dissolution, and criminal dockets. Wayne also mediated landlord tenant and small claims court matters during his clerkship. Since entering private practice, Wayne’s practice has been primarily focused on matrimonial and family law.
