Easily one the best wage hour attorneys in the country
Mr. Simao assisted our business with a state DOL issue that idenitfied a national issue with our payroll system. Although we thought we were in compliance with the law, it became clear our business practices created a huge liability for our company. Mr. Simao deftly handled the DOL issue by containing it to one employee and then settling for pennies on the dollar. Afterwards he analyzed our systems and developed a creative solution that eliminated our liability, reduced our overtime costs and even assisted us in communicating it to our workforce. I strongly reccomend Mr. Simao.
