Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have known Stu for over 40 years, first as a friend and classmate and then, professionally. He has consistently exhibited a level of intensity and commitment to the task at hand that few practitioners possess. I have frequently sought his counsel during the course of my representation of clients. In one particular instance, I needed help in understanding how a Chapter 7 proceeding in which my client's debts were discharged might impact his personal injury case. Stu gave me practical, concise information that I was able to understand and guided me through the maze of Bankruptcy Law. In another instance, I needed his assistance in collecting on a debt. Again, I got a straight answer to my questions and was able to handle the matter. Stu's passion for the law in general and specifically in representing his clients is palpable. After nearly 32 years of practice, that is quite an accomplishment.

Stuart Brecher is an excellent lawyer who is well respected by his peers. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Stuart at the beginning of my career. He is extremely hard working, dedicated, results oriented, and a creative problem solver. If I ever found myself in a difficult financial situation I would want Stuart Brecher in my corner.
