Ms. Schwartz represented me in a personal matter. I sought her counsel as the attorney I had retained was not responsive and did not seem to have my best interests at heart. Conversely, Ms. Schwartz quickly and thoroughly responded to my calls and emails, provided excellent and realistic legal counsel, and was able to finalize my case in less than two months.

My exhaustive search for an appropriate lawyer working in the Morristown Court system to handle my dual citizenship case with Italy came to a fortuitous closure with Robin Schwartz. How ultimately fortunate for me. A novice to the law, I initially attempted to file a motion on my own--- researching the proper required documents on the Internet, but that initial motion was denied. There are very specific protocols and procedures that only an accomplished and reputable lawyer such as Robin Schwartz was aware of. Robin listened attentively until she understood all the nuances of my particular case. She then carefully advised me of both the potential positives and negatives of the outcome. She researched other similar cases and used every possible advantage in the presentation of my argument. I would highly recommend Robin to anyone seeking a seasoned, honest, trustworthy, hard working lawyer, who has your best interests in mind.

Robin Schwartz was referred to me by a friend who utilized her for his divorce. Prior to hiring Robin, I consulted with several other matrimonial attorneys within my county. The whole vetting process for me was arrestingly depressing; until I met with Robin.
Within the first 10 minutes of speaking with her, I knew she was the one I was going to hire. All of my initial questions were answered directly and to the point. There was no fluff or double-speak. She told me what my options were and realistically painted the road ahead (both financially, and emotionally). My divorce was a nasty, contentious, custody battle. And Robin’s extensive experience in this specific area was essential in my fight. She never pulled any punches (except with my ex’s attorney, ha!) and helped me understand my exposure and risk throughout the whole ordeal. But make no mistake; this woman can be a bulldog, when needed! I have already recommended her to two friends within the past year.
