Thoughtful and compassionate during initial consultation. Put me at ease. Desired and expected outcome, however, didn't feel like he had my back when at court. Didn' t make me at ease. Was not present when called to bench first time with no explanation. Seemed late and distracted. Needed to be ...called back to court and another day. Impression of not being an important client; seemed aloof and distracted with other cases. Outcome was what was discussed, though. Kudos!. And Michael attended to detail, but subsequent communication during my legal need didn't seem to follow great initial consultation resulting in unnecessary stress. Wanted to FEEL he was there for me.
