Michael Justice

I hired Michael Justice on behalf of my son who received a traffic ticket in North Warren. Unfortunately, my son has had recent cancer surgery and is now in treatment. We live quite far from where my son received the speeding ticket so it would have been tough for my him to get to court while receivi...ng post surgery treatment. Michael (Mike), really went out of his way to get my son a hardship application so that he could be represented in court without having been in attendance. Michael Justice was able to get the points removed from the offense thus keeping my son's insurance from going up dramatically. Mike's retainer fee was quite fair and my son only had to pay court costs and fines. We are SO happy that we chose Mike to represent my son and we would recommend him to anyone! My son is doing well now and he feels indebted to Mike. Thank you Mike!

Mr. Justice performed admirably in defending me in a messy leaving the scene of an accident ticket. I am a commercial truck driver based out of state. An early morning incident last summer in which my trailer side-swiped a yellow concrete pole and left it leaning, and which I mistakenly did not rep...ort to police resulted in a court case which potentially could have required my attendance. Mr. Justice got things resolved with minor inconvienence on my part, and kept me informed of ongoing developments in a timely fashion. I would recommend him without hesitation.

My son foolishly got caught speeding in a school zone 50 mph over the speed limit. Michael was c...ourteous, professional and guided us thru 2 court appearances and amazingly got all points reduced to zero and no suspension! I think his fee was reasonable considering what the outcome could have meant for us. Living in NJ points and surcharges are brutal so getting a clean slate was absolutely a gift! I'm very grateful for Michael's ability to help us out and I would recommend him to anyone that has any vehicle violation.
