Andrew Seth Berns

I chair the Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost's litigation and personal injury department.

I primarily practice in the areas of employment law and general litigation. I represent employers and employees in various matters. Specifically, I handle matters involving employment agreements, unemployment, severence, restrictive covenants, employment benefits and discrimination.  I litigate in the New Jersey State and Federal Courts and have practiced before these Courts for approximately 24 years.

I also practice in the area of general commercial litigation. I represent individuals and businesses in commercial, contractual, construction and collection litigation.
